Ordering Methods:
Oberto Shopping offers secure & encrypted online ordering process, as well as, a traditional telephone order processing. With encrypted and safe online ordering we feel that our customer’s will benefit from the speed, efficiency and convenience of ordering over the internet. If you are uncomfortable with sending your information over the internet, feel free to call us with your order 8:00am - 4pm (Monday - Friday) PT 1-888-466-7369. Please allow 48 Hours for order processing. No orders will be processed over the weekend. 

Holiday Closures:
We will be closed in obersvance of the following holidays during the couse of the year.
New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independance Day, Labor Day, 
Thanksgiving & Christmas.
We will re-open the next business day after the holiday.

Guarantee:
Your satisfaction with our product is important to us, and we will monitor your order closely throughout the process to ensure that it is shipped promptly and delivered in perfect condition. Please be sure to take a minute or two to review our shipping policies.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from ObertoShopping.com, call @ 1-888-466-7369, please provide your Order and Confirmation Number. Shipping Service Options:
We ship via UPS ground. Your order should be received within 7–10 business days.
*Note that UPS delivery dates may vary somewhat depending upon what part of the country the order is being shipped to. Standard Service orders are only delivered on weekdays.

Shipping Address Restrictions:
Currently, Oberto Shopping can only accept on-line orders for the continental United States. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO can be made online we will ship them by USPS.

APO and FPO Orders:
Need to place an order for someone in the military with an APO or FPO address?
Yes, Oberto can ship those orders for you directly.  Place your order online as usual, be sure to put the exact address the package is
being shipped to. Order will be shipped USPS – Priority mail.

We do not Ship International Orders.

Shipping & Handling Charges:
Shipping & Handling charges are calculated based upon UPS standard ground rates. When you check out, you will be given the option of Standard Ground Service, you will be shown the calculated shipping charge. Based upon which option you select, the applicable shipping charges will be added to your order total when you submit the order for final approval.

**All Total Weights will be rounded to the nearest complete pound.
